Ameria Advisory works with Governments to reform and further strengthen the justice system by supporting capacity building efforts of justice institutions and helping to adopt the best available standards and practices. For this, we are working with all agencies and actors, both state and non-state, involved in the provision, management and oversight of justice to ensure proper and full realization of citizens’ constitutional rights. Furthermore, we are working with such non-state actors as community authorities, civil society organizations, unions and professional associations, academic and research institutions, media and others.

With our extensive experience in the sector, we assist Governments in reforming the respective legislation, drafting laws and regulations, introducing modern tools and instruments, defining roles and responsibilities and providing practical training for justice officials, as well as lawyers, advocates, and consultants. We also provide advice on judicial and arbitral reforms including guidelines on civil and economic procedures. Ameria Advisory helps Governments develop effective court monitoring systems, elaborate and strengthen performance assessment and monitoring frameworks, build capacities of courts, public prosecution and other stakeholders. We also assist in developing and improving the ICT system in justice sector institutions, including courts of general and other jurisdictions.
