Narrative description of Project:

One of the primary goals of the project is to identify key sectors poised for export growth and devise strategies to enhance their competitiveness in global markets. This strategy entails analyzing current disruptions in supply and demand, assessing major export-related trends, and pinpointing opportunities for expanding exports, particularly focusing on value-added products and services.

The project involved the following activities::

– Drafting an analytical report encompassing a strategic outlook, analysis of merchandise export performance, examination of global and regional trade patterns, review of institutions, analysis of services export performance, and assessment of infrastructure and logistics.
– Crafting a strategic results framework that outlines measurable, evidence-based goals and objectives to be achieved through strategy implementation. This framework provides a detailed description of measures and activities, including incentive programs for export stimulation, promotion of high value-added products, and expansion of services exports.
– Developing a comprehensive action plan that assesses required resources (human, physical, and financial), outlines implementation timelines, duration, responsibilities, stakeholders, and monitoring indicators.
– Presenting developed results framework during strategy sessions with key stakeholders.
– Formulating a robust, sector-specific Export Strategy 2030 along with a Results Framework and Action Plan, which includes interim goals, measures, and programs. Each measure will be accompanied by measurable outputs and financial expenditures, with outcomes and impacts clearly described.
