Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
- Based upon the study of operational, control and analytical mechanisms of the RoA PSS describe:
- The processes currently implemented in the direction of risk management in the RoA PSS;
- The existing risks of the RoA PSS and classify them;
- The frequency and procedures of receiving necessary indicators for assessing the degree of risk management in the RoA PSS through reports received from the EPIS, including the composition and content of the information contained in the report.
- Develop a model of risk management subsystem (RMS) subject to application by the RoA PSS which suggests:
- Development of overall structure of the RMS, functions to be executed by its separate parts (units), control mechanisms over their implementation;
- Development of methodology to be applied for the RMS operations;
- Development of necessary indicators for assessing the degree of risk identification and management;
- Testing and updating the recommended methodology over specific functions implemented by the RoA PSS;
- Develop the order of making lists of payment as a draft legal act, also including the procedures of necessary preventive and supervising comparisons and analysis, including: departments and officials responsible for each stage of the process; necessary analysis and their contents; comparisons drawn between other information systems.
- Test the Risk Management System and the order of making the lists of payment
Implement methodological assistance to the works of the development of the RMS information component and the introduction of the electronic subsystem by the selected consulting company, participating in all the stages of developing, testing and introducing the electronic subsystem with the purpose of realizing the content base.
