Within this assignment the Consultant developed a comprehensive business plan and financial model for the completion of reconstruction of large multifunctional hotel complex in Yerevan, which includes hotel, business centre, as well as entertainment centre.
Particularly, the Consultant provided overview of the tourism development in Armenia, developed short analysis of potential source markets, conducted review of local commercial real estate market.
Financial model for the construction and operations of the complex includes monthly and annual cash flow projections, P&L and balance sheet projections as well as financial ratio analysis for all types of planned activities. The developed business plan served as a basis for attracting additional investments.
