Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:
The services to be provided by the Consultants include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in delivering the sites and facilitation of access to site,
- Provide notice to HVEN CJSC regarding the required permissions provision in due time, as it is required by the Contractor;
- Gain arrangement with the contractors on the recovery of missing drawings necessary for the project implementation,
- Arrange and conduct site and periodic coordination meetings and prepare relevant MoMs in this regard;
- Review designs, plans, technical calculations and drawings submitted by contractor and recommend them for signing;
- Review and approve programs for manufacturers and delivery of materials for site construction;
- Prepare, maintain and monitor the master schedule of the project,
- Maintain cost control and monitoring cost, as well as issuing of payment certificates;
- Maintain quality control during manufacturing of equipment, and participation in selected factory tests;
- Supervise construction and dismantling works to ensure required quality and progress of the Project;
- Review Contractors’ Claims and assist HVEN in managing the contract with the contractor;
- Make suggestions to HVEN CJSC on the methods and procedures for commissioning tests to be submitted by Contractors;
- Participate in testing and commissioning;
- Bear all costs and expenses for air travel, visas, hotel accommodation, fares, daily allowance for Employer attendance in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT);
- Prepare and follow-up of deficiency lists for Contractors;
- Assist in issuing of Provisional Acceptance Certificates;
- Compile and check correctness of Contractors’ final technical documentation and operation and maintenance manuals;
- Provide home office support to HVEN in the relevant technical matters,
- Review project progress and prepare monthly, quarterly progress reports; project final completion report, and other reports deemed necessary by Client and/or ADB.
- Assist HVEN in overall implementation of the environmental management plan (EMP) and monitor contractor’s implementation of environmental mitigation measures as outlined in the EMP;
Provide capacity building to HVEN on environmental safeguards. Assist HVEN in preparing semi-annual safeguard monitoring reports and provide early warning and reports of any potential safeguard risks with detailed description of the event and proposed corrective actions;
